Each district judge may appoint a competent law clerk. [Repealed, 2006 c 260 art 5 s 54 ] [Repealed, 2006 c 260 art 5 s 54 ] All law clerks in every judicial district, shall serve without tenure at the pleasure of the appointing judge or judges.
