As used in sections 473.701 to 473.716 , the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them. "District" means the Metropolitan Mosquito Control District created by section 473.702 . "Commission," unless otherwise specified, means the Metropolitan Mosquito Control Commission created by section 473.702 . "Commissioner" means a member of the commission.
