Required education must be reported in a manner prescribed by the commissioner within ten days of the course completion. (a) Each failure to report an individual licensee's course completion in the manner prescribed by subdivision 1 constitutes a separate violation. (b) The commissioner may impose a civil penalty not to exceed $500 per violation upon an education provider that violates subdivision 1.
