For purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings given them. "Peace officer" has the meaning assigned in section 626.84 . MS 2004 [Repealed, 2005 c 10 art 2 s 5 ] MS 2004 [Repealed, 2005 c 10 art 2 s 5 ] "Part-time peace officer" has the meaning assigned to it in section 626.84 .
