Section 356.637 applies if an employee is erroneously covered by: (1) the correctional employees retirement plan when the employee should have been covered by one of the other plans specified in section 356.637 ; or (2) a plan specified in section 356.637 , other than the correctional employees retirement plan, when the employee should have been covered by the correctional employees retirement plan.
