(a) The office must classify licenses listed in section 342.10 , clauses (1) to (10) and (13) as: (1) available to social equity applicants who meet the requirements of section 342.17 ; and (2) available to all applicants. (b) The office must classify any license issued to a social equity applicant as a social equity license.
