(a) An off-sale retailer of intoxicating liquor may sell distilled spirits in bottles of 50 milliliters. (b) An on-sale intoxicating liquor licensee whose licensed premises includes a golf course or who is a common carrier may dispense distilled spirits from 50-milliliter bottles.
