Except as provided in sections 336.0A-301 to 336.0A-306 , a transaction validly entered into before August 1, 2024, and the rights, duties, and interests flowing from the transaction remain valid thereafter and may be terminated, completed, consummated, or enforced as required or permitted by law other than this chapter or, if applicable, this chapter, as though Laws 2024, chapter 93, had not taken effect.
