Any attempt by a credit services organization to have a buyer waive rights provided under sections 332.52 to 332.60 is a violation of sections 332.52 to 332.60 . In any proceeding involving sections 332.52 to 332.60 , the burden of proving an exemption or an exception from a definition is upon the person claiming it.
