[Repealed, 1993 c 206 s 25 ] [Repealed, 1993 c 206 s 25 ] Any person injured or threatened with injury by a violation of sections 327.14 to 327.28 or of the rules of the Department of Health applicable to manufactured home parks may bring a private action in any court of competent jurisdiction.
