For the purposes of sections 325F.172 to 325F.173 , the following terms have the meanings given them. "Child" means a person under three years of age. "Children's product" means an empty bottle or cup to be filled with food or liquid that is designed or intended by a manufacturer to be used by a child. Sections 325F.173 to 325F.175 may be enforced as provided under sections 45.027, subdivisions 1 to 6, 325F.10 to 325F.12 , and 325F.14 to 325F.16 .
