[Repealed, 3Sp1981 c 2 art 1 s 75 ] [Repealed, 3Sp1981 c 2 art 1 s 75 ] A fee of $50 shall be paid to the secretary of state for filing any instrument, other than the annual report required by section 303.14 , required or permitted to be filed under the provisions of this chapter. The fees shall be paid at the time of the filing of the instrument.
