[Repealed, 2013 c 108 art 13 s 14 ] (a) The commissioner shall establish rates for all day training and habilitation services and for transportation delivered as a part of day training and habilitation services. (b) The commissioner shall consult with community partners prior to modifying rates under this subdivision.
