Minnesota Code § 242.09

COOPERATION; OTHER AGENCIES.

The commissioner of human services; the commissioner of education; the commissioner of children, youth, and families; and the commissioner of health shall advise, cooperate with and assist the commissioner of corrections in carrying out the duties and responsibilities assigned by this chapter, and for these purposes may attend meetings. Their facilities and services and those of other state agencies, particularly of the Department of Human Services and Department of Children, Youth, and Families, shall be made available to the commissioner of corrections upon the terms the governor directs.
