SEED CERTIFICATION AGENCIES.

The official seed certification agency for Minnesota shall be determined by the commissioner of agriculture and the director of the Minnesota Agricultural Experiment Station.
The official seed certification agency for other jurisdictions shall be determined and the identity filed as a public record in the office of the commissioner of agriculture. The determination shall be made by the commissioner of agriculture and the director of the Minnesota Agricultural Experiment Station.
