For the purposes of this chapter, the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them. "Resident" means a person admitted to any of the Minnesota veterans homes. [Repealed, 1975 c 61 s 26 ] "Administrator" means an administrator of any of the Minnesota veterans homes. "Commissioner" means the commissioner of veterans affairs.
