The Division of Labor Standards in the Department of Labor and Industry is supervised and controlled by the commissioner of labor and industry. The Division of Labor Standards shall administer this chapter and chapters 181, 181A, and 184. MS 2022 [Repealed, 2023 c 53 art 1 s 34 ]
