The court administrator shall report to the board a judgment or finding by a court that a person regulated by the board: (1) is a person who is mentally ill, chemically dependent, mentally ill and dangerous to the public, or is a sexual psychopathic personality or sexually dangerous person under chapter 253B or other applicable law; (2) is guilty of a felony or gross misdemeanor; violation of a law involving the use, possession, or sale of a controlled substance; or operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance; or (3) is in need of a guardian under sections 524.5-101 to 524.5-502 .
