The state Board of Physical Therapy established under section 148.67 shall administer sections 148.65 to 148.78 . As used in sections 148.65 to 148.78 , "board" means the state Board of Physical Therapy. The board shall: (1) adopt rules necessary to administer and enforce sections 148.65 to 148.78 ; (2) administer, coordinate, and enforce sections 148.65 to 148.78 ; (3) evaluate the qualifications of applicants; (4) issue subpoenas, examine witnesses, and administer oaths; (5) conduct hearings and keep records and minutes necessary to the orderly administration of sections 148.65 to 148.78 ; (6) investigate persons engaging in practices that violate sections 148.65 to 148.78 ; and (7) adopt rules under chapter 14 prescribing a code of ethics for licensees.
