The implementation plan shall require the local organizations to: (1) recruit and train volunteers to serve families under the program, according to section 145.956 ; (2) provide ongoing supervision and consultation to volunteers; and (3) develop resource and referral booklets that volunteers can distribute to families served by the program. The booklets shall contain comprehensive information on the spectrum of services available to assist the family and to reduce the risk of abuse.
