(a) The commissioner of children, youth, and families shall work with the commissioner of human services to oversee and administer the fraud prevention program in sections 256.981 to 256.9861 . (b) All recipients of benefits administered by the commissioner of children, youth, and families are subject to the requirements of sections 256.981 to 256.9861 and 256.9866 .
