The sections referred to in this section are codified outside this chapter. Those sections classify court services data as other than public, place restrictions on access to government data, or involve data sharing. Court records of name changes of participants in a witness and victim protection program are governed by section 259.10, subdivision 2 . Felony conviction data reported to the secretary of state is governed by section 201.145 .
