The following data collected from persons who attend safety and education programs or seminars for loggers established or approved by the commissioner under section 176.130, subdivision 11 , are public data: (1) the names of the individuals attending the program or seminar; (2) the names of each attendee's employer; (3) the city where the employer is located; (4) the date the program or seminar was held; and (5) a description of the seminar or program.
