The sections referred to in this section are codified outside chapter 13. Those sections classify general insurance powers data as other than public, place restrictions on access to government data, or involve data sharing. Information obtained by the commissioner of commerce in the course of supervising or examining insurance companies is classified under section 60A.03, subdivision 9 . An examination report of a domestic or foreign insurance company prepared by the commissioner is classified pursuant to section 60A.031, subdivision 4 . Reports required to be filed by insurers regarding certain material transactions are classified under section 60A.135, subdivision 4 . Reports and recommendations on the financial condition of eligible surplus lines insurers submitted to the commissioner of commerce are classified under section 60A.208, subdivision 7 . Risk-based capital reports and related reports, data, and orders maintained by the commissioner of commerce are classified under section 60A.67 . Data received by the Department of Commerce under section 60A.93 are classified as provided by that section. Viatical settlements data provided to the commissioner of commerce are classified under section 60A.9575 . Insurance filings data received by the commissioner of commerce are classified under section 60A.08, subdivision 15 .
