The sections referred to in subdivisions 2 to 4 are codified outside this chapter. Those sections classify banking data as other than public, place restrictions on access to government data, or involve data sharing. (a) Incorporators data. Financial data on individuals submitted by incorporators proposing to organize a bank are classified under section 46.041, subdivision 1 . (b) Commerce Department data on financial institutions. The disclosure by the commissioner of commerce of facts and information obtained in the course of examining financial institutions and in relation to complaints filed with the commissioner is governed by section 46.07 , subdivisions 2 and 3. (a) Electronic financial terminal data. Information obtained by the commissioner of commerce in the course of verifying electronic financial terminal equipment is classified under section 47.66 . (b) Electronic financial transaction confidential information. Disclosure of confidential information acquired in the course of electronic financial terminal transactions is governed by section 47.69, subdivision 2 . [Repealed, 2014 c 222 art 2 s 41 ]
