(a) The Pollution Control Agency shall study and investigate the problems of hazardous waste control and shall develop a statewide hazardous waste spill contingency plan detailing the location of hazardous waste facilities and storage sites throughout the state and the needs relative to the interstate transportation of hazardous waste. (b) The statewide hazardous waste spill contingency plan shall be incorporated into the statewide hazardous waste management plans of the Pollution Control Agency. The Pollution Control Agency shall develop an informational reporting system of hazardous waste quantities generated, processed, and disposed of in the state.
