The data collected for the activities of the clean water partnership program that have common value for natural resource planning must be made available using standards adopted by the Department of Information Technology Services and geospatial technology standards and guidelines published by the Minnesota Geospatial Information Office. Costs associated with this data delivery must be borne by this activity.
