An approved practice must be consistent with section 103F.505 . The landowner is responsible for establishing all approved practices on the easement area as specified by the board. The board must determine which approved practices are eligible for payments or reimbursement under a conservation easement program. Food plots are not eligible for payments or reimbursement under a conservation easement program. The board may augment money available to pay for or reimburse approved practices with money from other agencies, organizations, or individuals.
