A party may appeal a court order as in other civil cases if aggrieved by a final order or judgment given on appeal to the district court or by the original order of the court made in proceedings heard and tried before the court. In a proceeding before the managers for the repair, improvement, maintenance, consolidation, or abandonment of a project of the watershed district, the right of appeal is the same as in other civil cases.
