The definitions in this section apply to sections 103B.655 to 103B.691 . "Board" means the governing board of the district. "District" means the White Bear Lake Conservation District. "Municipality" means the city of White Bear Lake, the town of White Bear, the city of Birchwood, the city of Mahtomedi, or the city of Dellwood.
