Sec. 1. The inhabitants of cities having the qualifications of electors under the constitution of the state and statutes enacted thereunder, and no others, shall be electors therein. Registration of electors and division of the city into precincts shall be conducted in the manner provided by law. History: 1895, Act 215, Eff.
