Sec. 32. (1) A proceeding under this act shall adjudicate only the issue of support and shall not adjudicate an issue of custody or parenting time. (2) Nothing in this act shall prevent a court which has prior continuing jurisdiction over the parties in matters of support, custody, and parenting time from exercising its jurisdiction over those matters.
