Sec. 16. (1) In addition to the foregoing powers, the court of this state when acting as a responding court may subject the obligor to any terms and conditions proper to assure compliance with its orders. (2) A support order entered by the court of this state when acting as a responding court shall be enforceable as provided in the support and parenting time enforcement act, Act No. 295 of the Public Acts of 1982, being sections 552.601 to 552.650 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
