Michigan Code § 775.6

Fees; to Be County Charges.

Sec. 6.
The fees hereinbefore in this chapter allowed for services, except those which are otherwise provided for by law, shall be county charges, and shall be audited by the board of supervisors of the county in which the services are rendered, and shall be paid in the same manner as other contingent charges of the county.
