Michigan Code § 767.74

Indictment; Motion to Quash; Dilatory Plea; Proof.

Sec. 74.
No motion to quash, plea in abatement or other dilatory plea to the indictment, shall be received by any court unless the party offering such plea shall prove the truth thereof by affidavit, or by some other sworn evidence.
