Sec. 6f. (1) Each district court and county jail shall establish a communication protocol to enable the swift processing of individuals detained on a warrant of arrest that originated in another county. (2) Each district court shall establish a hearing protocol for individuals detained on a warrant of arrest that originated in another county.
