Justices and Judges as Conservators of the Peace.

Sec. 1a.
Justices of the supreme court, judges of the court of appeals, judges of the circuit court, judges of the recorder's court of the city of Detroit, judges of the traffic and ordinance division of the recorder's court of the city of Detroit, judges of a common pleas court, judges of the district court, and judges of municipal courts are conservators of the peace within their respective jurisdictions.
