Sec. 2. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished as provided by the laws of this state. History: 1945, Act 163, Imd. Eff. May 16, 1945 ;-- CL 1948, 752.92
