Sec. 1. No person shall erect any poster, sign, placard or other form of notice on any state, public or privately owned lands to prohibit hunting, fishing or trespassing thereon without the written permission of the owner or lessee thereof. History: 1951, Act 105, Eff. Sept. 28, 1951
