Sec. 3. Except as provided in section 2a, a person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 93 days or a fine of not more than $100.00, or both. History: 1967, Act 119, Eff. Nov. 2, 1967 ;-- Am. 2000, Act 299, Eff. Jan. 1, 2001
