Misprision of Treason.

Sec. 545.
Misprision of treason—Any person who shall have knowledge of the commission of the crime of treason against this state, and shall conceal the same, and shall not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known such treason to the governor thereof, or to some judge of a court of record within this state, shall be guilty of a felony, and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison not more than 5 years, or by a fine of not more than 2,500 dollars.
