Horse and Dog Meat; Unlawful to Sell Not Labelled; Violation of Section, Misdemeanor.

Sec. 477a.
Horse and dog meat—Any person who shall knowingly sell any horse or dog meat unless plainly labelled shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
