Michigan Code § 750.410c

Distributing, Delivering, Selling, or Possessing a Drug-Masking Product; Prohibition; Violation as a Misdemeanor.

Sec. 410c.
(1) A person shall not distribute, deliver, sell, or possess with intent to distribute, deliver, or sell a drug-masking product.
(2) A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than $1,000.00, or both.
(3) As used in this section:
(a) "Drug-masking product" includes synthetic urine, human urine, a substance designed to be added to human urine, or a substance designed to be added to or used on human hair or oral fluid, for the purpose of defrauding an alcohol or a drug screening test.
(b) "Synthetic urine" means a substance that is designed to simulate the composition, chemical properties, physical appearance, or physical properties of human urine.
