Michigan Code § 750.298

Medicine; Practicing Under False or Assumed Name.

Sec. 298.
Any person who practices medicine or advertises to practice medicine under a false or assumed name, or under a name other than his or her own, is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 1 year or a fine of not more than $1,000.00.
