Sec. 159t. Notwithstanding any provision in this chapter, the prosecuting agency shall not seize materials presumptively protected by the first amendment to the constitution of the United States in a manner that violates that constitutional provision. History: Add. 1995, Act 187, Eff. Apr. 1, 1996
