Sec. 23d. (1) The disincorporation commission may contract for such consultants and advisors as may be reasonably necessary in its discretion to carry out its responsibilities. (2) The village council shall appropriate for the disincorporation commission sufficient funds for the commission to reasonably carry out its responsibilities.
