Sec. 16. No person shall be required to serve as a juror in said court more than 4 times within any calendar year. A person who shall be upon the jury list provided in section 3 hereof shall not again be placed on said list for a period of 2 years. History: 1953, Act 17, Imd. Eff. Apr. 3, 1953
