Sec. 5d. The department may promulgate rules according to the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328, that are necessary to implement and administer the program under this act in compliance with federal law. History: Add. 2015, Act 227, Imd. Eff. Dec. 17, 2015
