Michigan Code § 722.481

Child Guidance and Community Mental Health Clinic, Financing.

Sec. 1.
The board of supervisors of any county or the governing body of any city, village, school district or township in this state may, except as otherwise specifically provided, furnish and appropriate moneys for the operation of child guidance clinics and community mental health clinics providing service for children or adults established by state authority and the governing body of any school district may appropriate money for land and buildings to be used by the clinics although title thereto is not vested in the appropriating body.
