Sec. 17. Notwithstanding section 7 or 8, an interested person may file a petition in the court for an order to limit, eliminate, or modify the personal representative's powers with respect to the decedent's digital assets. On receipt of a petition under this section, the court shall set a date for a hearing on the petition. The hearing date must not be less than 14 days or more than 56 days after the date the petition is filed, except for good cause. History: 2016, Act 59, Eff. June 27, 2016
